6:30AM | Weekly “Wellness Wednesday” activity

6:30AM | RunWESTIN running concierges lead guided group runs every Thursday (weather permitting) from our lobby. In the colder winter months, take an immersive indoor cycling experience on one of our Peloton Exercise Bikes or our treadmills. Weekly runs will resume in the spring.
Special Event: Yoga Overlooking Copley Square
Join us for a complimentary yoga class every Wednesday morning at 6:30AM. The class will be led by an instructor from Yoga Hub. Meet in the 2nd floor lobby.
